they are grouped together by location or direction from L'Acadie
Inn as a central starting point.

Theatre - every Saturday the radio show features Cajun and
Zydeco music, local recipes, and Cajun humor

Lafitte Center -features static exhibits, indoor displays
in video, slide and case format, "hands-on" Cajun craft,
cooking and musical workshops taught by local experts

Music Hall of Fame Museum -boasts of a variety of cajun musical
instruments as well as records and albums of cajun sounds from
the past, as well as a Wall Hall Of Fame with photographs and
articles about great cajun musicians

Depot Museum -includes cajun music, old toys, railroad items,
history of cajun Mardi Gras, pioneer farming, Louisiana Indian
life, history of newspaper, caboose, loom & spinning wheel
( weaving can be done by interested persons), video tapes, cajun
life, traveling exhibits, craft workshops and much more
- Savoy
Music Center -specializes in building Cajun accordions and
offers some of the greatest sound equipment, CDs and cassettes,
and other Cajun instruments including handmade rubboards and triangles;
also hosts the Cajun jam session every Saturday morning from 9
to 12 noon
- Fred Charlie's Recording Studio/Dee's Cajun Gifts-musical instruments, books
for learning Cajun music, cd's, and Louisiana made gifts
- KBON
Radio Station
-world famous radio and internet station that carries "Louisiana
Proud" music 24 hours a day; they generally host an open
house on Wednesday evenings
